KENT NINOMIYA is a writer, journalist and traveler. He is best known for his work as a television news anchor and reporter at TV stations across the United States over the past 20 years. Over the course of his career, Kent Ninomiya took several extended travel sabbaticals to circle the globe. He ventured to all 50 U.S. states and nearly 100 countries and regions on all 7 continents. He also took an extended personal sabbatical to raise and travel with his two young children. Kent Ninomiya is a California native. He has a BA in Social Sciences with an emphasis on History, Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of California at Berkeley. He has a wide variety of interests and writes on a wide variety of topics.
